We are a boutique full service wedding coordination and design company located in Bellingham, Washington and serving Bellingham and Seattle.  Since 2008, we have had way too much fun working with our clients to bring their weddings to life.  From our first conversation to the big exit, we make sure every detail is beautifully crafted to be just what you’ve hoped for.

Full Service Planning and Design

Imagine waking up on your wedding day and realizing that the only thing you have to do that day is soak in each moment, sip mimosas with your bridal party while you get ready and slowly, happily count down the minutes until you walk down the aisle.  Your bouquets arrive as your make-up is finished and your coordinator offers you a big hug as she lets you know that the reception is set perfectly, the vendors have all arrived and the only thing left to do is arrive at your wedding, marry the love of your life and dance the night away with the people you love most!

This day came together after months of working with your coordinator, talking over ideas, pinning pictures and it’s finally here!  Together you have the perfect team of vendors that have been busily preparing with you for this moment.  You have your coordinator taking care of each detail as you sit back and relax.  You’re surrounded by your closest friends and family all while realizing the butterflies in your stomach aren’t from stress, but rather excitement – your wedding day is finally here!

It’s the kind of day you dreamed for yourself right?  When we say Full Service Planning and Design, we mean it.  From the moment we begin working with you until the last sip of champagne, we work with you to:

Our Full Service Planning and Design Package Includes:

  • Up to 15 hours of design and planning consultation services and vendors meetings in-person, on the phone or via Skype
  • Unlimited email contact
  • A customized budget worksheet
  • Unlimited vendor referrals and contract reviews so you can book your vendors confidently
  • Vendor meeting and wedding appointment scheduling, as needed
  • Wedding design ideas and suggestions that compliment your budget, style and will create a day that is exclusively yours
  • Work with you to design the perfect flowers and stationery suite to compliment your day
  • Assistance selecting event lighting, drapery, linens and other decor installations
  • Assistance booking your guest accommodations, transportation and wedding weekend activities
  • Suggestions and assistance for booking your rehearsal dinner
  • Beverage and menu selection and tasting scheduling
  •  Contacting your vendors throughout our planning to keep them up to date on your preferences, applicable changes and details
  • Creation of your event timeline for your bridal party and vendors
  • Distribution of your timeline and final logistics to all vendors
  • Confirmation of all contracted vendors
  • Working with your officiant to facilitate or assist with facilitating your rehearsal
  • Collect and distribute all final vendor payments and tips where applicable
  • Up to 4 hours of decor set-up and installation
  • Oversee arrival and set-up of all contracted vendors at your wedding and reception sites
  • Up to 5 hours of event management and trouble shooting of your wedding and reception
  • Assistance tying up and loose ends after the wedding including thank you note etiquette and name change information

Petite Planning Package

You’ve begun planning your perfect day but need a little extra help finding the right professionals, bringing the details together and making sure that when your wedding day arrives you can feel confident knowing that everything will run smoothly.

This package includes:

  • Up to 8 hours of planning consultation meetings in-person, on the phone or via Skype
  • Availability via email for planning and etiquette questions
  • A customized budget worksheet
  • Vendor referral list based on your budget, style and date availability
  • Suggestions and ideas for booking guest accommodations, transportation and wedding weekend activities
  • Creation of your event timeline for your bridal party and vendors
  • Distribution of your timeline and final logistics to all vendors
  • Confirmation of all contracted vendors
  • Working with your officiant to facilitate or assist with facilitating your rehearsal
  • Collect and distribute all final vendor payments and tips where applicable
  • Up to 2 hours of decor set-up and installation
  • Oversee arrival and set-up of all contracted vendors at your wedding and reception sites
  • Up to 4 hours of event management to make sure your event runs smoothly

Day-Of Coordination Package

Your big day is just around the corner but you know you don’t want to worry about setting up decor and managing the timeline because, let’s face it, it’s your wedding day and you want to enjoy each moment!  These services can be contracted up to one year in advance and begin 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.

This package includes:

  • Up to 3 hours of planning meetings in-person, on the phone or via Skype
  • Creation of your event timeline for your bridal party and vendors
  • Distribution of your timeline and final logistics to all vendors
  • Confirmation of all contracted vendors
  • Working with your officiant to facilitate or assist with facilitating your rehearsal
  • Collect and distribute all final vendor payments and tips where applicable
  • Up to 2 hours of decor set-up and installation
  • Oversee arrival and set-up of all contracted vendors at your wedding and reception sites
  • Up to 3 hours of event management to make sure your event runs smoothly

A La Carte Services

We also offer the following services exclusively to our clients!

  • Wedding Floral Design Services: We work with several wholesalers and local farms to source just the right flowers for your big day.  From exotic and over the top to sweet seasonal blooms, your flowers will be a perfect fit to your wedding and style.  Flowers are custom ordered and tailored to each event and will be professionally hand crafted to enhance everything that you want your wedding to be.
  • Wedding Stationery Design: Invitations are kind of a big deal.  From the moment that envelope (or box, or custom wood veneer folder?) is opened, your guests are given a sneak peak into the awesomeness that will be your wedding.  We love working with paper so just for you, we have a graphic designer as part of our team to help create just the right look for heralding the amazing day to be.  After that, you can rest assured that your programs, menu cards, table numbers, favors, seating charts and more will coordinate perfectly.  And it will look incredible.  Because that’s what we do.
